The team really cared about solving problems, which helps me focus more towards building my product than I would if it was just another day job or startup! If you're looking at being able solve HR / recruiting issues as your primary problem space then consider working here rather than chasing after VCs who are already established because they have other things going like Facebook etc., You will be helping real people realize their dreams by not only allowing them access/hope but enabling them through software solutions - so much potential upside there when you can help these folks achieve what's possible given enough determination! I like how easy it is to use, and also how fast it is to find jobs. It's very simple to search for jobs, and you can easily apply from your phone. I dislike how the application process takes a while to complete. Sometimes it gets stuck and I have to close out of it and reopen it. It would be nice if there was a way to speed up the process. I am able to find jobs quickly, and it's easy to apply for them.
