The system has been very good at what we need it to do, which was allowing us an easy way of calculating our fares in real time without having all those calculations done by hand! I would say there are not many things about this program i dislike but one thing being considered here could be improved if they added another feature or two into their product line such as additional reporting options (i'm looking forward towards more reports).
