Review on Munich RE Risk Suite by Paul Hyde

I like it's flexibility to use with our other systems, its user friendly interface makes implementation easy even if you have no prior knowledge in this area at all! It also has some useful features that we were not aware off before using them such as monitoring activity level or network performance etc which can be very helpful when troubleshooting issues related those areas specifically! Nothing really so far but would love more customization options from within system itself especially where reporting is concerned (eg report generation). Also need way better documentation provided by support team - sometimes they are over eager trying sell us things without providing enough details/assurance about how exactly will these changes impact existing processes / workflows.
