We went through three of them. I initially ordered 2. One for me, one for my wife. Mine didn't have a working sound driver (mentioned in a previous review). He returned it. replacement ordered. The replacement device did not start Windows correctly. The factory did not respond properly and it was sent back and replaced with a branded product. About 6 weeks after the first purchase, the battery in my wife's device was completely empty. It shows 100% charge after plugging it in for about 1 1/2 hours. Disconnect your device and it will turn off. Turn it on again, the battery is at zero. Outside the allowed return time. While 3 for 3 junk and the factory asks to give them 5 stars!
