You are OK: Personal Protective Equipment

If you're wondering if they're medical, they're not. I have included a real medical mask for comparison. These masks are slightly smaller. They don't form a good cup like a real medical mask, and the metal around the nose doesn't hold up that well either. There are holes around the perimeter by sewing whitewash, and the medicinal is pressed without holes. The threads are thinner and are glued to the outside of the mask with a type of hot glue, while medical grade threads are woven in between the layers. Also, it smells strange when you put on a new mask for the first time. It disappeared after clearing up a bit. However, it is not a terrible mask. If you just want to protect others, they're probably fine. If you want to protect yourself, I would say work less. Pinholes around the perimeter are wide open. Air will flow through them easily.
