I like that we have customized options to make calls or send emails for our customers as per business needs without any hassle. It is easy to use because it has user-friendly interface which does not need technical support from professionals in order understand how things work here. There's nothing much to dislike about this software but if you are looking out for some other features then maybe there might be something better available elsewhere so go through customer reviews before finalizing decision of buying product/service! We were facing problem while handling multiple incoming sales leads at one place & now with insight ivr its solved all those problems by creating separate profiles / groups who can handle them separately within same platform.
