2001 Jeep XJ Best in Radiators

I would give this 5 stars if not for a couple of reasons. Radiator which forced me to use JB Welds epoxy to install it and get me home. 2) The lower transmission cooler line fitting that came with the new cooler didn't work on my application so I used the original copper adapter from the cooler. As long as the Jeep stays below 450F with the A/C on, the city and outside temps are around 250F. I use the stock thermostat (350F), water pump, and fans. The radiator looks very nice and is worth the money. The proof is in the performance. So far, so good. Soon there will be 120* here and it will be a real test. TO UPDATE! It was 114* today so I took the Jeep for a test. You can see in the photos the temperature I saw on the pressure gauge. It was a combined city and highway drive at normal speed with the air conditioning on. Total mileage 20 km. The third image shows the hottest car ever produced, climbing 7% at 35-45 mph for four miles, again with the air conditioning on. For comparison, the same drive was made with the old radiator, air conditioning off and an outside temperature of 105°C, while the Jeep's temperature was well to the right of the middle of the scale at a constant 225°C. I am very satisfied with the new radiator and can recommend it.
