Review on Fujifilm Instax Minion Instant Film Camera by Michelle Reitz

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Perfect polaroid for dummies

My first reaction was that I bought a fake and was worried (it feels like a cheap old school plastic disposable camera). especially since I didn't know what I was doing and the first few photos came out almost white. However, as I read about the camera, I became aware of its most important feature, the exposure dial. By adjusting the dial around the lens, you can control the amount of light hitting your film. The coolest thing is that the camera knows which setting is the best and will flash red above the correct setting. It also has a counter to keep track of how many photos are left. Overall I'm really impressed and my first reaction was completely wrong. This camera is amazing and worth what I paid for. It's so easy to use, kids have played with it and gotten perfect shots every time. My Instax film photos are examples of how lighting control can affect your final product. The leftmost photo was the recommended setting, while the other photos happened when I used non-recommended settings. Also, I collected these photos after using my camera. It didn't come with scratches.
