Suitable for most purposes.
It didn't work for me, but I had an unusual setup: I was trying to amplify a pure sine wave (harmonic) signal. The problem was side generation: I couldn't get more than 25 watts into an 8 ohm load. Yes, I have max voltage (about 32V) to power it and the load was purely resistive (resistance).
