Review on Kodak Easyshare Z712 IS Digital Camera: 7.1 MP with 12x Optical Image Stabilized Zoom by Tiarik Gonzalez

I bought my son's 10th birthday used. He wanted a "mom-like" camera because he just LOVES taking pictures and he actually takes some pretty good pictures! I've bought him several cheap digital cameras over the years, so I figured buying a used camera like this wouldn't be a huge loss if he accidentally broke it. I even bought him a camera bag to protect him. He was very excited! The camera didn't quite match the description regarding the condition of the camera, but that didn't bother me in view of the price paid. The camera turns on a little slowly, but I don't know if this is due to the fact that there are normal batteries in it or how it is used. It takes good pictures and the response is good too. For the price I paid I could have bought one of those really cheap plastic cameras from a local store so I definitely can't complain!
