Review on 🚫 Sennheiser HD-201 Lightweight Over Ear Headphones - Discontinued Model by Eimei Suzuki ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Performs its functions, nothing unusual.

I bought it 3 years ago, I was attracted by the price, design and, in fact, I have been using the headphones of this company for 8 years already, from ordinary ones to plugs. Before that, there was a HD 180 model, after its tragic death, I bought this one. Compared to 180, the sound is much quieter and muffled here. Uncomfortable ear pads. they start to have a headache and the ears are uncomfortable, although they do not sit tightly on the head and do not seem to put pressure on the ears. At 180 it was more comfortable, although there was a 3 meter wire in the way. I suffered for half a year and bought an HD 448, and these are gathering dust on the shelf.

Pros
  • Attractive price, good sound on jazz and classical.
Cons
  • With very careful handling, after half a year, the wire in the plug still began to depart, I had to twist it with electrical tape. This is the main problem of all synchs - wires fly around the plug. How many used headphones from other companies, the wires do not fly so fast. Another minus, yes, they twist terribly. Uncomfortable ear pads, do not fit snugly to the ears, part of the sound goes into the atmosphere.
