I like that we can integrate with all of our programs as well as have custom surveys for specific needs, it's very user friendly! The customer support has been great though sometimes takes about 24 hours to get back in touch with you (this applies when your tech team isn't available).

There are so many other tools out there - but if this one fits into what YOU need then stick w/it!! We've used several different survey companies over time and none compare to "just pluggin' them right in!". It makes life easy!
