Cheap, defective, different product

The item received was cheaper than advertised. The plastic packaging was not intact either. The metal hanger stopped soldering in one place (see photo) and the ballet flats flexed in the wrong place. It was a clearly damaged product that was outraged upon return. Equipment not included. Also, it will never fit on a normal sized iron. Maybe a mini? Don't mess with this cheap product.
