Works, but not before overcoming installation problems.
The fan didn't quite fit my 2001 Dodge Ram 2500. There are 3 mounting holes that weren't synchronized with the engine breather tube hole in the same way as the factory fan. I was able to get it to work, but with difficulty, and it took about 30 more minutes to change the fan cover to get it working. Very annoying.
