these glasses did not provide any relief from eyestrain and left my eyes feeling tired and dry. As a result of using this product, I found that I needed to take more breaks from my computer than usual. The only positive aspect was the stylish design but that hardly makes up for the lack of functionality .Computers are essential for many of us, and it's frustrating to have invested in a product that doesn`t deliver on its promises. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend these glasses..
