I like that they are very responsive when it comes time do come up with solutions or get help solving problems as needed! They have been able solve our issues quickly once we communicated them of what was going wrong (or not working right). We've had an issue where some emails were being sent out but weren't getting through so this has now resolved itself due no longer having those errors occur again!! Overall great experience - nothing really at all negative about their service thus far. Great communication between both parties during any inquiry/trouble shooting session which helps greatly throughout resolution process if need be. ! Communication can sometimes seem slow since there aren’ t always immediate answers back however overall easy enough system set ups etc.- just depends how busy you want your team members available while using these tools vs needing real people answering questions directly via phone call / emailing customer support.
