I like that they are very responsive when it comes time do come up with solutions or get help solving problems as needed! They have been able solve our issues quickly once we communicated them of what was going wrong (or not working right). We've had an issue where some emails were being sent out but weren't getting through so this has now resolved itself due no longer having those errors occur again!!
