For those who want to be more consistent with their water intake, this is it. First, it's well made and LARGE - holds a gallon of water (the bottle itself is also marked ML). And as you can see from the first picture, the bottle itself has handy instructions printed on it to help you get there - a little support and a few timing tips throughout the day to make sure you're getting enough water to get. A few things I particularly like. Firstly, the handle on the side (you can see this in the second picture) offers enough space to hold the bottle - either for transport or if you want to hold the bottle for drinking. Because it is large, it is suitable for hands of different sizes. There is also a carrying strap should you wish to carry it that way. I personally just use the handle - personal preference. Second, the hole in the top makes it easy to drink straight from the spout or through a straw. However, given the size of the bottle and the amount of water you're drinking, you'll need a long straw. :) I also like the fact that under the spout you can easily remove the cap (there's a black rubber handle that makes it easy to grab and remove) to open a larger hole to put ice cubes in. fruit, cucumber slices or whatever you want to add. Once you've done that, close the lid and drink from the narrower spout so the added ice cubes or flavorings (e.g. fruit) don't slide around as you drink. Here's the last thing I "found". This is great for measuring wet ingredients - like water, broth, or whatever - for recipes. Example - this weekend I cooked pasta; I usually just estimate the amount of water that needs to be added to the pot. I filled this bottle one last time and then placed it in the pan for a more accurate measurement. Excellent! Overall, I like it very much and I will take a lot of it with me. If you want to increase and/or maintain your water intake with a very modest investment, this is a great product.
