I almost decided not to keep this plant, but I decided to give it a chance. I'm glad I did. After taking the time to spread the leaves out as much as possible, I began to warm up. I like the look of the pot, but I was suspicious because some reviewers said they missed the black coloring. Before touching them, I wiped the pan down with a paper towel soaked in alcohol to prepare the mess. On the contrary, no color was washed off! Then he took the pot with his hands and still nothing came out. The manufacturer seems to have fixed the problem. :-) In addition, the product does not smell like chemicals (and not at all). I see that it is thought through to the smallest detail. The leaves are of different sizes, the smaller leaves are light green. There are color variations of the stems. Surrounding the plant is a beautiful array of multicolored stones glazed in place. The glaze isn't visible unless you look at it up close, and that should make dusting the plant easier, as you can tilt the plant to wash the leaves in the sink without spilling the rocks. There are small felt pads under the pot to keep it from scratching the surface it's standing on. (There is an extra bag of green faux moss but I prefer the look of stones.) The plant was packaged very well. I'm impressed that the manufacturer of the unit put a lot of effort into making a good product and put a lot of thought into the design while remaining affordable. As a result, the plant really liked it!
