Well made and fits well to keep my arm straight at night to get some relief from ulnar nerve compression. I sleep on my side with my arms bent and this makes my condition worse so I wanted something to keep my arm straight at night. But I found that about 3 hours into the night I have to have it removed because my elbow almost feels overextended. It is painful. I'm not sure if it's because I was weirdly laying on top of him or what. For the price I will keep and use the product but probably not at night when I can't understand how it feels.
