Awkward vertical adjustment of levers

It is difficult to adjust the vertical position of each lever. There is a small wing nut on the back of the upright that must be loosened before the up/down arms can be adjusted, making it awkward to reach over the table. If you don't need that flexibility, no problem. However, I like to adjust the height of the monitor regularly throughout the day. No problem with tilting or rotating arms, only vertical adjustment.
