I've just recently gotten into baking again, and I never tried my hand with icing anything really 'professional', like a name on a birthday cake, but this set came in really handy for two things recently - filling deviled eggs, and meticulously frosting the carrot spice cake with homemade cream cheese frosting (pictured). The bag was easy to set up with tip and the screw-on holders, and the tips are well-made with no sharp edges. The bag was really easy to fill by placing it in a tall drinking glass, rolling the top edge down, and then unfurling it to twist and squeeze out my frosting (the drinking glass tip was an online video find, and it made for easy filling with no mess).The bags seem very durable and strong, and the one I used for the egg yolk mixture for deviled eggs withstood some very hot soapy water for cleanup. The bag was also easy to manipulate, and it didn't slip in my hands.The loop at the top of the bag also came in handy while I was working, and I was able to hang the bag from one of my cabinet door handles while I did some in-between prep.The whole kit packs up neatly, and doesn't take up a lot of space in my cabinet. I appreciate that.Again, I'm just getting into baking again, and I'm a 'newbie' with an icing bag, but this was really easy to use (and clean up, with the help of my mini drinking straw brush).I'm really pleased with this set, and if I decide to do something more elaborate (like two colors or icings), I have the second bag for doing so.
