I read some leaked reviews which made me think about buying it. I took a risk So far the 9 tube dispensers have worked well. I haven't tested all 20 yet. To prevent leakage, I didn't add the balm ingredients while they were still hot from the steamer. I let it cool a bit, but just enough that it was still in the liquid state (just before chilling, the cloudy stage). I haven't noticed any leaks yet. I suspect it may also depend on the percentage of ingredients that solidify on cooling. For my projects with natural ingredients (skin balms, solid perfume sticks, large lip balms) I love the size! 3"H x 1.5"W x 3/4"D. They're like empty mini canvas deodorant containers (white tubes). I like to make small batches for freshness, especially since they come in contact with leather come.Perfect size for purse/pocket/travel size.Suitable for gift or sample sizes.
