Review on 🎒 Black Thule Crossover 25L Laptop Backpack by Teresa Carter

I really like this bag for many of the same reasons others have posted here. This is a very serious laptop bag with lots of compartments and organization. I use it every day to and from work and have taken it as a daypack on many trips abroad when exploring new cities. My only complaint and the reason I deducted 2 stars is the perceived durability of the product. Lightning, as others have pointed out, seems to be the most common source of error. The zippers in the main compartment broke and the entire zipper came loose. Luckily, the Thule/Caselogic warranty seems pretty solid. They replaced my first bag with no questions asked through the online warranty claim form. The whole process took several weeks, which was inconvenient as I rely on this bag as my main bag for both work and everyday use, but I was given a replacement free of charge. However, one of the zippers opens. My replacement bag is already broken so we'll see if they honor the warranty a second time. I will carry this bag as long as it is replaced but if I ever need to buy another I may look to other brands first.
