Review on Enhanced Netis WF2411 Wireless N150 Router: Advanced QoS, Smart Antenna, Parental Control by Christopher Shavers

I received this recently, but first of all, it's not a CD, it's just a booklet. This is not a problem other than my internet keeps dropping out because of my laptop. My other devices like tablets are working fine but the channel or something else is wrong. I'm not quite sure how to fix this. I left an email with Netis customer service to solve my problem but did not receive any reply. Edit: I had to upgrade my computer and router. It seems to work, but I still give it 2 points because it's not easy to understand. UPDATE: Still problems, internet keeps dropping out.
