I bought two of these applicators for very light industrial use and both have failed. The glue gun's transport mechanism, which pushes the glue, broke on both. We haven't even had either gun for a year, although neither has been used extensively enough to justify a broken part. 3M charges $95 for a replacement part. All in all, a lot of money for a product that doesn't stand up to industrial or everyday use.
