I would NOT recommend these for dashboard mounting. They are too bright for that! But they are great for outdoor running lights, turn signals, license plate lights or indoor dome lights. They are installed as running lights on the Honda ST1300 motorcycle. They are MUCH BRIGHTER than the original 168 halogen bulbs. The installation was complicated ONLY because of the app. Fits just like a regular 168/194 bulb. Can't comment on longevity yet as they have only just been installed. The delivery was quicker than expected. Safely packaged and arrived undamaged. Definitely recommend!
