Poor quality and worst customer service
After ordering two of these I refused to receive one that wasn't scratched from the factory. The paint job on them is pathetic and scratched from other parts in the bag. I contacted Metra directly and they were less than helpful. I have been told to continue processing returns with my retailer (Revain). He's expecting a little too much to ask me to keep shipping these things until I win the lottery and get one without a scratch. Metra products no longer exist for me. The Scosche TA2111B Kit may cost a little more, but the quality is much better.
