I got these headphones specifically for running. Detachable ear hooks are a plus, but I never take them off. Because they are held with a strong magnet, I couldn't accidentally separate them. The sound quality is way above average for the price and the bass boost really works! The sound propagation also works incredibly well and I was amazed at how clearly I could hear the sounds around me and even talk to other people. Noise-cancellation was average on standard headphones, but if you use noise-cancelling (foam) earbuds, it's pretty good. Overall, I highly recommend these headphones.
