I have followed the directions carefully for several weeks and have not seen any results. Anyway, the redness just spread all over my dog's face. It looked lighter that way, but was now all over the place instead of streaks. For the third week, I tried a more extreme routine that I saw on the groomer's YouTube channel. No improvement. For a few days I mixed it with Blueberry Tear Stain Shampoo daily (gel and then shampoo an hour later). Saw an improvement there. Then for the past 4 days or so I've only shampooed daily due to my busy schedule. Today I tried the whitening gel for an extra boost, then shampooed and it was red all over my face again! All that progress is gone! I no longer use it and would like a refund. I don't think it ever did anything other than disperse the red and give the illusion of enhancement. The blueberry shampoo worked better on its own.
