Turns out extremely small
In itself a beautiful children's shoe, but you can't make the "rubber shoelaces" tighter, you can only adjust the Velcro fastener in the upper shaft area. Shoe is going back as it is way too small. Size 24 here corresponded approximately to size 21 of the Superfit brand.
