I was totally disappointed by Yeti the first time. My family of 4 has 14 Yeti cups. We were real fans. This is the second Revain has bought. The first 36oz Rambler turned out to be perfect! The one I received about 30 minutes ago broke my heart. I bought this color because it matches my jeep. I was so disappointed to see all the scratches and scuffs. I told my husband this morning before he arrived that as I have a 36 0z and the other was on I would like to add the next size up to the collection. he said yes on Easter or Mother's Day. Well, after receiving this one with scratches and scuffs, you shouldn't take any other. So my heart was broken. We pay good money for the Yeti brand, between our 14 cups and two coolers this is the first time I've just been totally disappointed and frustrated. Sorry, heartbroken Yeti fan. I will put more in a better light and update. Sorry Yeti, your heartbroken fan
