I have a constant problem transferring files between my phone, tablet and TV with other people. And some of those files are too big to transfer over slow Bluetooth every time. This little adapter lets me transfer files from a flash drive to a device with a micro USB port much faster than Bluetooth or wireless file sharing through a router. Once connected, navigate to your storage and you will see a new added drive connected to your USB drive ready to move or copy files between devices. My elderly mother is one of those people who likes it when I install movies on her tablet, but the old way of streaming them wirelessly was inefficient and slow. My first time giving her a full movie with this device lasted only a few minutes. So much faster and easier for me. I really like this device and look forward to being able to transfer more files efficiently.
