    Great for the price and works great!

    Boom - I now have 2 external monitors connected to my Macbook Pro. I had an Apple USB-C to HDMI/USB-C/USB adapter in one port while charging and plugging in my first external monitor, and then I added a second monitor using that adapter. Works perfectly.

    After a few tries it worked

    For the first few weeks I thought this unit was broken but it turned out not to work as every HDMI cable I had was on the old standard based HDMI. I recently bought a cheap HDMI 2.0 cable as a last resort and in fact my second monitor was recognized immediately.

    Nice choice! for computer accessories and peripherals

    This allows me to connect my MacBook Pro (USB-C) to a big screen TV (HDMI) for an incredible view of what's on my laptop. Once I started working from home, it quickly became a necessity. I use it with a 25ft HDMI cable (see this review). Can I stay away from a 55 inch TV for optimal viewing? I can even connect it with no problems.

    Perfect way to add another monitor via USB-C

    I bought this adapter to add a third monitor to my Lenovo X1 Yoga (X1 Carbon) while working from home. I already had a second monitor via HDMI but needed to add another screen. I plugged it in and it was recognized immediately. I use it to drive a 24 inch Dell U2412M monitor with a resolution of 1920 x 1200. I am very happy with this adapter and the value for money cannot be beat!

    Ideal for presentations!

    The adapter works great. The image quality is transmitted very well. This product is ideal for presentations. However, I have a home projector that I connect to my Mac to watch movies at home (the number one reason for buying a movie during quarantine) and when I rent movies online the website lists the adapter as unknown and blocks playback the movies. This is the only crash I've experienced so far.

    works and doesn't overheat

    White with square HDMI input (not the new skinny or gray they changed color to after purchase) for my 2019 MacBook Pro. I'm with the Image quality is satisfactory and after 9 hours of use it hardly got warm. For example, even less than $100 Mac video adapter. I had to return one of these multi adapters because they get so hot it almost hurts to touch and reviews from many others say the same.

    Perfect for connecting a 3rd monitor to my laptop

    I bought this so I can connect an extra monitor to my laptop and use 3 monitors like in the office. I spoke to one of our IT staff and he recommended this plugin and it works great. I was starting to get nervous that it would only work with a Mac, but I had no problem connecting it to HP. So I connected an HP monitor to my HP laptop and connected my LG monitor to it with an HDMI cable.

    Works on a laptop to add a monitor

    I was about to spend $80-$150 on a Dell laptop dock to have 2 HDMI ports for 2 large monitors I bought for work from home. Looking at the docking stations, I found that they were all plugged into a USBC port that is on my laptop and not currently in use. This realization led me to find this product that solves my problem at a very low price. Instant success! In fact, sometimes I can buy a second to connect my phone or iPad to the TV.     This item did what I needed

    To me that is the highest praise I can give to such a purchase. I recently bought a new computer and wanted to hook it up to my TV the same way I did my previous computer. The situation I found myself in was that the means to do this were different than my previous computer. The connection method was completely different. I needed this part to achieve my goal. This part made that connection possible. My highest praise for this purchase is L "The suction cup worked".

    Streams to "stupid " TV

    to use with my Samsung Galaxy to watch movies on my TV that doesn't have Wi- Internet access features via fi, bluetooth or ethernet technology. It took me a little while to figure this out due to the menu options that popped up when I connected my phone, but I was able to correctly choose to send the image to my TV via the adapter and HDMI cable. The only downside is the lack of a USB-C port to charge your phone while sending a signal. The Lightning to Digital AV Adapter I had for my old iPhone

    Returned. I didn't research properly. My Samsung Galaxy A51 does not have the right hardware to support standard high quality video output. You should find a cable that matches the Samsung Dex cable. Feel free to take the Why My Crap Won't Work courses at YouTube University for more information. Lol I've tried 2 phones: a51 and LG Q7+, both are capable but both are average quality. The Metro PCS By T-Mobile phones did not have the necessary hardware to use the unpowered adapter.     That's amazing. He also came on time! I am currently in an online school and had to buy an extra monitor because my laptop screen was too small. The newer MacBooks don't have an HDMI port, so you'll need to buy a USB-C to HDMI adapter, and that's perfect. The wire isn't too big which is AMAZING as my desk is already full of wires and papers.
