Perfect for connecting a 3rd monitor to my laptop
I bought this so I can connect an extra monitor to my laptop and use 3 monitors like in the office. I spoke to one of our IT staff and he recommended this plugin and it works great. I was starting to get nervous that it would only work with a Mac, but I had no problem connecting it to HP. So I connected an HP monitor to my HP laptop and connected my LG monitor to it with an HDMI cable.
