I was so excited about this product because it looked so great with the colorful cushions and it was priced unbelievably well. I bought this for a vacation home, I also bought a cover from Revain for it and it was under a covered patio. However, after only 4 uses in one year and even under these conditions it failed miserably.The plastic "wicker” simply deteriorated and broke apart. This happened while it was covered and not in use. They state it is "weather-resistant PE rattan wicker for years of use” which is completely untrue and only offer a 1 year warranty. Don’t hold your breath, when I contacted them just over the 1 year time frame, and showed them photos of my problem they had nothing to offer me. When I asked for a partial credit or replacement parts they have had nothing in stock and no credit was given.It was useless to try to deal with them and even worse there is no repair for this type of damage.I will never buy this plastic wicker type of furniture again or deal with Do4U again.
