Soft, works well but
It is mild and suitable for sensitive skin, but like all bleaches it is irritating to the eyes and nose. The cream portion looked pretty dry when I opened it, but it seemed to turn into a disgusting consistency after I thoroughly mixed it with the activator. The results are also mediocre, the difference is negligible, but it worked for my purpose.
