This filter was very easy to set up and I was blown away by how clean it got the water in just a few hours. I bought this to add to our traditional top fillet that came with the tank as it didn't do the job on its own. I did a partial water change and only installed this filter when the pool was clean a few hours later. Even if it's only for a short time, I recommend it. No matter how cheap it is, I don't care if I have to swap it out for one that works as well as it does in 6 months.
