Review on Insulating Assortment of Swpeet Connectors for Electrical Applications by Juzer Rashid

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Difficult to fold, poor connection, poor design

No advantages, only disadvantages1. CRUMPS HARD. Joints do not help with squeezing. If you don't have three hands, it will be very difficult for you to hold the crumpler, connector and cord.2. WEAK CONNECTION. Even if you do everything right, only 2 out of 3 connectors have a good grip on the cable. 1 of 3 can be easily pulled out with minimal effort.3. WEAK CONNECTION. Even if the plug is firmly attached to the cable, there is a 50/50 chance that the connection between the plug and the jack is weak. Some are highly resistant to insertion and are firmly fixed upon completion. Some are free and don't last at all.4. BAD DESIGN. The insulating cover only covers ONE part of the connector (socket). The other will not be isolated. This is a potential short circuit. You can get around this by using heat shrink tubing, but this particular kit won't help you. All in all I would not recommend this set. I can assume there is a special crimping tool that works best with these connectors, but if you use a regular one you will be in trouble. And the issue of isolation just can't be solved by a crowd.

Pros
