Update: In response to the first feedback below, the manufacturer sent a new set of legs. The inserts that hold the casters are sturdier than the original chair. They work fine. Now that's a very nice chair. This rating would have been 5 stars if it weren't for the initial issues. No doubt there are other chairs in the distribution chain with the same design flaw as the chair originally shipped to me. If you run into problems ask the manufacturer to send you the replacement parts they sent me and that should fix the problem. Initial control of the delivered product: the rollers snap into plastic holders at the ends of the metal legs. Platform. Unfortunately, this plastic is not strong enough to prevent the rollers from bending. These chairs must be recalled immediately to correct this defect. This could pose a security risk.
