Cyan and magenta were recognized normally, but yellow gave an exclamation mark that turned into a capital "X" and refused to print after 10 pages. I spoke to a seller who worked hard to fix the problem and sent me a whole new set and then a yellow cartridge. In desperation, I bought an original Brother cartridge, which I also couldn't recognize. GPC/Gifting Giving did their best to provide a satisfactory service, but this Brother HL-L8360CDW color laser printer (which worked great with starter cartridges) did not work well with either original or non-branded toner cartridges. In conclusion I would not hesitate to work with GPC/Gift Giving who are very responsive and responsible. I subtracted three stars from the printer itself and assigned GPC. Up from * to ****.
