It took a little practice to get it right but now that I have it I'm hooked! I usually sleep with wet hair because I don't like blow drying it and I always wake up with my hair frizzy and crazy. This is a great solution and a good way to avoid heat damage. You just need to take your time and wrap it neatly and securely to avoid creases. I also recommend applying a straightener beforehand. I have very long thick heavy hair so it's more of a wavy effect than actual curls but I love it!
