Review on 🧹 BLACK+DECKER HFS115J10 Floor Sweeper - 50 Minutes Runtime, Powder White by Doug Powell

Aside from my title, remember that this is the first time I've used it today; It took about 10 hours to charge. It's VERY VERY easy. It doesn't stand on its own as the handle itself can be moved right/left/flat. If you plan to put it somewhere it can stand on its own, position it so the handle won't get in the way of a trip. The handle does not stay in the vertical position. Since the battery is brand new, the rotors run amazingly fast; While I now have 14 cats, I am in the rescue. I have laminate throughout and two very inexpensive 5x8 foot rugs in the living room. On laminate floors, the "air movement” of the fan brush moves hairballs, what we call steppe grass, and small tufts of wool. all over the floor. I had to "catch" them to pick up clumps of hair. The smaller side rotors were great for running down the edge of carpets to pick up dust/dirt/hair. When I used it on the carpets myself, which are very low pile ($18-19 from a big store and more suited to a laundry or garage), I had to vacuum them a few times to get them up. all clouds of dust. I was pleasantly impressed with its overall performance, it picked up quite a bit of dirt and dust, but if you have long haired animals don't expect it to just "suck up the hairs". As said, the blast of air from the front roller brush pushes it away. It's ok but I'm disappointed that it repels the hair instead of soaking it up. Overall I will continue to use my mop and this vacuum cleaner. on the carpet surface and its edges.
