Broken on arrival; twice

My original order had a silicone seal stuck to the jar which ripped off when I took the jars out of the packaging. I ordered it again to give the product another chance. The second order arrived quickly and I was happy to use them as I thought these new ones were perfect. When I opened the box everything seemed fine until I opened the large container lids. The largest lid was cracked and broken on the longest side. Even for the price, I think the craftsmanship will at least hold up to shipping.
