I use this stone to make a deodorant spray. This is a great size to break into smaller pieces with a hammer or similar and dissolve in 2 liters of filtered water on the stove. There is no need to break them, but dissolution occurs much faster. I put the result in a 2 liter soda bottle, then fill a cheap spray bottle from a big store with it and finely mist. This stone dissolves cleanly without the powdery residue I got when trying lab-grade potassium alum. Powder sachets were significantly cheaper, but getting a good clear solution was much more difficult.
