Tray is good and difficult to spoil. I thought the dividers in the console were too long so I used them diagonally just to organize things inside and wanted to take some time today to trim them down. I finally got a chance to look at it with a flashlight and see what I'm doing. I've tried to misrepresent them. I used a splitter that went from the front of the truck to the back and two splitters on the side. That is not true. Pin one piece to the side and two dividers front to back and it fits like a glove. You may have to insert the single at an angle and then twist it, but it should be snug and snug. Also note the up arrows as they are not square.
