Time Will Tell on Longevity

The holder is as described, nice, understated. it has some some weight, with the desirable oval shape. My one concern is how well the lip will hold out over time with some of the metal utensils I have in it, of which I have a few. I don't want to have to rehome or rebuy soup spoons and spaghetti strainers that I have had for years just to accommodate the holder. It seems sturdy enough for now, but time will tell, after which I may update the provisional 3 stars I gave it.

Pros

This is larger than expected. Perfect for our kitchen and kitchen utensils.

Cons

It may not fit in with a more modern kitchen aesthetic
