I was able to unbox and assemble it myself in minutes. The manual recommends having someone cut the zip tie while you keep your arm folded. While he was under pressure, I found I could pin him to my body with one hand, cut the zip tie with my right hand, and then use both hands again when I was ready to pry him from my body. For safety. The box contained both a clip base and a screw plate base. Since I don't want to add holes to my table, the yoke connects quickly and easily, and the arm connects quickly. The monitor was easy to install thanks to the mounting head design - I was able to hang the monitor with two screws, tighten and add two more screws without having to juggle or balance the display. And now I don't have to look at the monitor to read texts or play a game. :) Update: I bought a second one and may need another to complete the install by the end of the year. :)
