Review on TANG by Ray Welchhance

I can't concur with the people who say TANG's online shop is great. In my own experience, I have found both their products and customer care to be wanting. To begin with, the quality of the products is low, and I have previously gotten damaged or otherwise flawed items. The garden supplies I purchased were flimsier than I had hoped, and the patio furniture I ordered was scratched and dented. I was already frustrated with them, and their lack of response to my customer care inquiries only made things worse. In addition, TANG's shipping is slower than anticipated, and I had to wait beyond the estimated delivery time for my products to appear. The return and swap policies of TANG are cumbersome, to cap it all. I had to provide numerous proofs of purchase and go through a number of hoops to return a faulty product I had purchased. The situation was already bad, and this just made it worse. In sum, I am unable to endorse TANG's web shop. Their goods are of poor quality, they provide poor customer service, and they make it difficult to return or swap items. If you're searching for outdoor furniture and accessories, I'd recommend going elsewhere.
