The best part of this program was that it allowed me access from anywhere at anytime without having an internet connection available or someone with computer knowledge present - which would have been great if my employer provided those things! It helped us keep track not only where our trucks were but what they had done during each day/hour as well so we could provide better customer services overall since customers can reach out via phone call but also by email etc (which wasn't possible prior).

We didn’t really like how easy it seemed people used shortcuts and copy pasted answers because most times you needed more than one person just answering your questions instead of all knowing exactly who did something when, why, where and such.
